It is my first experience as shopping mall owner and I have to be honest it is a bit disarming, there is so much to know and many terms to learn so I asked for help from my lawyer who without hesitation recommended Neil to me and I hired him as an asset manager. Neil broke it down for me in pieces and helped me understand every single aspect of the business. It is very interesting how the decision-making process is based on so many variables. At the end of the day, it is impossible to make the best decision every time but through the right process and the right counseling, you can get very close. That is what Neil masters the best.
